TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All shipments are fully secured and include tracking. Once your order has left our office, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow its journey until delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders are carefully prepared and typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once handed over to the carrier, tracking details will be provided.
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can make adjustments provided the order has not yet been packed or dispatched.
Once an order has shipped, address changes can no longer be guaranteed.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
In the rare event that a shipment does not arrive, we will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
This process is handled by the carrier and may take several weeks.
If the shipment is confirmed lost and was insured, a full refund will be issued upon completion of the investigation.
